Central America Spanish School

La Ceiba (Honduras)

Central America Spanish School for your Intellectual Adventure!

We offer you the opportunity to study in 4 different locations while staying in Honduras. The beach and night life of La Ceiba, Scuba diving in Utila or Roatan, or discovering the Mayan history in Copan Ruinas.

CASS - La Ceiba - HondurasCentral America Spanish School was founded in 1999 in La Ceiba and offers several Spanish programs. At all our locations, the student can study Spanish in the mornings with a private teacher and participate in various activities in the afternoons. Some activities include SCUBA diving, snorkeling, kayaking, going to the beach, enjoying the local hot springs, visiting Mayan ruins, taking a canopy tour, hiking through the nearby national parks, or simply enjoying time with new friends. Of course we are flexible in scheduling your classes to meet your demands.

CASS - La Ceiba - HondurasCASS offers the student several Spanish programs to choose from. Our standard program includes 4 hours of Spanish with a private teacher; group (max 4) lessons are also available. At our Utila and Roatan campuses, you can take a Spanish/SCUBA combination program. We offer a Medical Spanish program at our La Ceiba campus. We also offer VOLUNTEER and INTERNSHIP programs at various locations. University students can also receive UNIVERSITY CREDIT for their courses. If you cannot decide, we offer a "Mayan and Beach" program which allows you to enjoy the beaches of La Ceiba, the Mayan ruins of Copan Ruinas, and SCUBA diving in Utila.

CASS - La Ceiba - HondurasOur staff consists of select "maestros" (master professors) who are graduates of Honduran universities. Classes are normally 4 hours per day (20 hours per week) in the mornings. During class we emphasize conversation, composition, reading, grammar and real life Spanish situations. The afternoons are free for recreation and most importantly so you have time to practice your Spanish through immersion in the local culture. Students may choose to stay in a hotel or live with a local family (home stay). Either way, we make all the arrangements for you.
