Carmen Cuevas (Granada)
Carmen de las Cuevas is magnificently located between the two historic neighbourhoods of Albaicin and Sacromonte, in a lovely house with terraces cut into the hillside and breathtaking views of the Alhambra. But it is not just the school‘s facilities we are proud of; rather the 20 years of experience and enthusiasm we have put into all we do.
In addition to the Spanish courses, we offer literature, history and art courses, DELE preparation courses, business Spanish, Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, history of flamenco and Spanish and horse-riding courses. These courses are complemented by an attractive and interesting cultural programme consisting of guided tours of an artistic/historic nature. At the week ends we also offer different excursions and give information about activities you can do on your own.
Perhaps our main characteristic is the friendly and trusting atmosphere we have managed to create among students, which is essential if you are to make the most of your stay with us.
In addition to all the above, our school is a centre of flamenco. So if you want to combine flamenco with Spanish lessons this is the right place. We are highly acclaimed in Andalusia as a place where professionals and enthusiasts come together, and offer dance, guitar, singing and rhythm classes.
