Description of Andaluza

ACADEMIA ANDALUZA is a modern fully integrated Language School suitably located on the brow of Conil in a three floor traditional town house with panoramic views of the Atlantic and a plant filled Patio.

It has been created and staffed by a truly committed team providing a professional and courteous service since 1987.

Being independent and using up to date technology our Programmes in Spanish as a Foreign Language are acredited by the Instituto Cervantes and with the Certificado de Calidad en la Enseñanza de Español como Lengua Extranjera (CEELE).

We have almost fifteen years of experience in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Our courses are tax-deductible as educational expenses in many of the German federal states and other countries.

Many employees of German and Dutch companies have used this option for language training and combined their holiday with learning Spanish.

The Academy is situated between the beach and the village center. It is housed in its own three-story building built the traditional Andalucian way, with a courtyard, roof terraces with a view of the sea, a library, a study room, premises with technical facilities such as televisions, video recorder, and computers with internet access.

The academy offers customized courses in Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.

The Academia Andaluza operates on the principle of encouraging and motivating participants who may be inhibited by shyness or fear of expressing themselves in a foreign language. These inhibitions need to be overcome quickly.

That is why Spanish and Spanish alone is spoken at our academy, both in the classroom and elsewhere, between the instructors and pupils and among the pupils themselves.

Accommodation:

We have the lodgings to suit every taste and budget. Standard accommodation is sharing an apartment with other course participants or living with a local family. If you‘d prefer something special, you can rent an apartment in the village center or on the beach, or book a bungalow with a pool in the countryside.

The lodgings are well-equipped with everything you need for your stay in Conil. Our guest families are acquaintances of long standing who have been on good terms with the language school for years.
