Is 'Spanish' equal/the same everywhere?
No, for example in the Río de la Plata area (and some areas more) they use vos instead of tú (voseo), or nobody, except the real Spaniards from Spain, uses the 2nd person of the plural with the verbs (vosotros), in Andalusia, it's said, they swallow the final s and z on the end of the words, Argentines often start (without knowing why, and what it means ...) their sentences with che, and it seems that Chileans never get tired to say ya ...
But don't worry, it's not so important which Spanish is yours: people of all Spanish speaking countries will understand you.
