Geography
Puerto Rico is the smallest of the Greater Antilles. (3,435 square miles - 8,768 km²).

In addition, two small islands, Culebra and Vieques lie off the east coast, and the tiny island of Mona to the west.
El Yunque
El Yunque, the only rain forest in the U.S. National Forest Service, is 28,000 acres of lush tropical forest, unique flora and fauna, and myriad brooks and waterfalls.
Hiking trails and rest huts abound, and an observation tower offers sweeping views of the northeast corner of the Island.
The rain forest is only 45 minutes from the capitalSan Juan.
